International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the Lithuania may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms – no exceptions.
We will not mark international shipments as „gift“ or indicate lower pricing to avoid custom fees.  Marking it as a such is mail fraud. We can not risk our business to honor such requests.

In an effort to be environmentally responsible, we use as few packaging and shipping materials as possible. We most often use paper envelopes/packages, carton boxes for larger orders. We do not include a paper receipt in our orders.  If you would like one, please request one.  We feel it is a misuse of paper, given a receipt has already been issued electronically  when the purchase is made, and when the item has shipped.

Payments can be made by credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or PayPal.

All prices are in EUR andinclude VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.

Website may, in its sole discretion, change, modify, suspend, make improvements to or discontinue any aspect of Website, temporarily or permanently, at any time without notice to you, and Website will not be liable for doing so.

Users should feel free to use this site as a shopping resource, but any other use of the site, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance, of the content on this site is strictly prohibited. Vivamake will retain ownership of its intellectual property rights and you may not obtain any rights therein by virtue of these TAC or otherwise, except as set forth in this TAC. The law which shall resolve all disputes between the parties shall be the laws of the Lithuania Republic.

Die Ware muss unbeschädigt und unbenutzt sein. Die Versandkosten haben Sie  selbst zu tragen. Die Rücksendung eines Artikels muss alle Bestand- und Zusatzteile, die Bedienungsanleitung und die dazu gehörige Verpackung umfassen. Bei Stornierungen eines personalisierten Artikels (Namen / Datum / Bekanntmachung) ist eine Erstattung ausgeschlossen. Die Verantwortung für die Ware liegt bis zum Eingang bei uns bei Ihnen. Wir haften nicht für verlorengegangene oder in der Postfiliale beschädigte Ware.

Ausnahmen

Wir bedauern sehr, dass wir für folgende Produkte kein Rückgaberecht einräumen können: Produkte, die personalisiert sind oder nach Ihrem persönlichem Wunsch hergestellt wurden; ebenso  Produkte, die selbst oder deren Verpackung beschädigt wurde und deshalb ihren wirtschaftlichen Wert verloren haben. In diesen Fällen können wir die Rücknahme der Ware nicht akzeptieren, werden uns aber nach Erhalt der Ware mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen.
